Refund policy

At BrandMall, we take great care to ensure you receive authentic, well-packed products in perfect condition. However, if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

We offer refunds/returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or unusable product

  • Wrong product received

In such cases, return shipping will be handled by us. Once the returned product is received and inspected to be unused and in its original condition, a refund via store credit will be initiated within 48 hours.

Important Guidelines for Refund/Return Requests

To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage in transit, the following must be submitted:

    • Show the outer packaging, unwrapping of the bubble wrap, and the damaged product clearly.This helps us assess transit damage with our shipping partners.

Our team takes extra precautions with secure bubble wrap and seal protection to avoid damage or leakage.
Slight crumbling of product or minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect usability may qualify for partial refund via store credit, assessed case by case.

  • Items returned in a used, opened, or damaged condition

  • Refund/return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
